Everything needed for Paper 2 and applicable to both A Level and AS students that can be used for Paper 2 and Paper 3 (Comparative) for the newest exam cycle. About 20 pages for each Chapter, therefore incredibly in depth, with recent examples and essay plans to help with the revision process. These resources helped me get the predicted A* grade. Chapter 1: Constitution A 16-page document outlining the key features, advantages, disadvantages, sources of a constitution. The document also discusses the impact that the Rule of Law and Constitutional Reforms have had on the Constitution, whilst outlying the pros and cons throughout. An excellent and in-depth resource with essay plans and definitions included. Chapter 2: Parliament A 20-page document discussing the nature, features, functions, conventions, reforms break downs of Parliament (House of Commons, House of Lords, Select Committees) - all with advantages, disadvantages or limitations and examples to ensure that you can get the best possible grade. There are also essay plans and diagrams to aid with the revision process. Chapter 3: Relationship Between the Branches A detailed 18-page document that goes over Chapter 3- Prime Minister and the Executive. It is broken down into Prime Minister and Cabinet including their respective roles, powers and limitations. There are also a few essay plans to help with the revision process. Chapter 4: Relationship Between Institutions (Supreme Court) Discusses the role of the judiciary, the appointment of judges, rule of law, the impact of judicial reform on judicial independence, judicial review and powers of the Supreme Court. Very in depth (23 pages) with a plethora of examples, diagrams and essay plans.
